You can change plans any time. We pro-rate the cost.
Upgrading
- Client area → My Services → open the service you want to change.
- Click Upgrade / Downgrade.
- Pick the new plan. We show what you'll pay — only the difference for the remaining cycle.
- Pay. The new plan limits apply within a minute. No data is touched.
Downgrading
Same flow. Make sure your current disk usage and number of websites fit inside the smaller plan before downgrading — otherwise the change won't apply.
Renewals after a change
From the next renewal onward, you're billed at the new plan's price.
Moving from shared to a cloud / VPS plan
Different server, so there's a migration step. We do it for free — open a ticket after placing the order and we'll move your files, databases and email at a time that works for you (usually a quick window at night to avoid downtime).
