If you can't log in:
- Go to the login page.
- Click Forgot password.
- Type the email on your account.
- Open the email we send (subject: Reset your password) and click the link inside.
- Set a new password — minimum 10 characters with at least one number.
- You're logged in.
If the email doesn't arrive
- Check your spam folder — reset emails often land there the first time.
- Wait 2 minutes — mail can be delayed on busy networks.
- Make sure you typed the email correctly. The form will accept any address but only sends if it matches an account.
- Your email provider may have blocked our mail server. Add
[email protected]to your contacts and try again.
Reset link expired
The link is valid for 60 minutes. If it expired, request a fresh one — old links are deactivated automatically.
Still stuck
Open a ticket from any address. Mention the email on the account; we'll verify a few details and reset it manually.
