Resetting your client area password

If you can't log in:

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click Forgot password.
  3. Type the email on your account.
  4. Open the email we send (subject: Reset your password) and click the link inside.
  5. Set a new password — minimum 10 characters with at least one number.
  6. You're logged in.

If the email doesn't arrive

  • Check your spam folder — reset emails often land there the first time.
  • Wait 2 minutes — mail can be delayed on busy networks.
  • Make sure you typed the email correctly. The form will accept any address but only sends if it matches an account.
  • Your email provider may have blocked our mail server. Add [email protected] to your contacts and try again.

Reset link expired

The link is valid for 60 minutes. If it expired, request a fresh one — old links are deactivated automatically.

Still stuck

Open a ticket from any address. Mention the email on the account; we'll verify a few details and reset it manually.
