Your client area is at /dashboard — bookmark it.
Logging in
- Click Log in in the top right of any page on our site.
- Enter the email address you used at signup.
- Enter your password.
- Click Log in.
If the password is wrong
Click Forgot password on the login page. We email a reset link that expires in 60 minutes — see the next article for the full reset flow.
If the email is wrong
The login email is the one on your most recent invoice. If you can't find it, send us a ticket from the email you do have, and we'll look up the account.
Staying logged in
Tick Remember me on the login form to stay signed in for 30 days on that device. Don't tick it on a shared computer.
