Log in to cPanel.

Navigate to "Email Filters" under the "Email" section.

Click "Create a New Filter".

Enter a name for the filter and select the conditions for the filter to match.

Choose what action should be taken when the filter matches an email.

Click "Create" to save the filter.

To manage email filters, go back to the "Email Filters" page and find the filter you wish to manage. From there, you can edit or delete the filter.
