Log in to cPanel.

Navigate to "FTP Accounts" under the "Files" section.

Click "Add FTP Account".

Enter a username and password for the new FTP account.

Choose the directory the account should have access to.

Set the quota for the account if desired.

Click "Create FTP Account" to save the settings.

To manage FTP accounts, go back to the "FTP Accounts" page and find the account you wish to manage. From there, you can change the password, quota, and directory access for that account.
